Cozytime LUMO will launch on Kickstarter. If you placed the $5 deposit, we will send you an exclusive Secret Perk link via email when the campaign goes live.
This private link allows you to secure LUMO at the lowest price available, reserved only for deposit backers.

Where is the official purchase link?

The Cozytime LUMO will be launched on Kickstarter. We will release the official purchase link in our Facebook group 15 minutes before the official launch. This way, all group members will have early access to the Super Early Bird offers before anyone else. Please stay tuned!

Where is the official launching time?

We expect the Cozytime LUMO to go live on Kickstarter in April 2026. And we will announce the exact launch date in a 7-day countdown event 7 days before the launch. In the coming weeks, our Cozytime team will provide more details about the LUMO, including pricing, giveaway or beta tester activities, and more availability information. If I change my mind after placing a deposit, how can I get a refund?

If you no longer wish to purchase the product, you can request a refund for your depoist. Simply email us at support@cozytime-tech.com from the email address you used to reserve the deposit, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Is Cozytime LUMO available worldwide?

Yes, Cozytime LUMO is shipped worldwide. Note: The final shipping-eligible regions will be displayed after Kickstarter campaign Launch.

What is the expected shipping time of Cozytime LUMO?

LUMO is expected to begin shipping in July 2026.Please note that delivery timelines may vary by region due to global logistics conditions. We will keep backer informed of any shipping updates through email and our official Facebook community.

What is the warranty period?

We offer a 1-year warranty starting from the date you receive your LUMO.During this period, we will cover any defects caused by materials or workmanship under normal use. If anything goes wrong, simply contact us and our team will help you with repair or replacement as quickly as possible.
